Carla Reid (Director/Producer): Carla is a creative producer with nearly a decade of experience in video production. After beginning her career as a freelance editor, she's now moved into producing online content for companies and brands, including Visit Victoria, Tourism New Zealand, Adidas and Victoria Police. She works with a hand-picked team of camera operators, editors, colour graders and motion graphics artists to create meaningful, engaging videos. From bossing around Rafael Nadal on shoots at the Australian Open to writing and directing two short films in New Zealand, Carla has a few behind the scenes stories to tell. Chelsea Morley (DOP/Director/Producer): Chelsea Morley is a former television news producer turned cinematographer and owner of boutique production house, Tiny Disco. She's passionate about giving women opportunities within the often male-dominated industry of film and is always on the look out for enthusiastic young women to join Tiny Disco's ever-expanding ranks.  Follow her work and contact @tinydisco

Emma Masters (Filmmaker/ Journalist/Digital Producer): With more than 25 years media experience in Australia and overseas. Emma’s background is in film, journalism and multimedia. She has worked across print, radio, television and online and worked with everyone from Wayne Blair through to the Oprah show. She’s worked as shooter-producer on unscripted television shows Territory Cops and the Driving Test, was a producer and presenter for Vietnam Television, and has worked on feature films, most recently as the director’s attachment and second unit director on the feature Top End Wedding. Emma was named the Australian International Documentary Conference’s Emerging Producer in 2015. Follow her work and contact @weavefims

Emma Watts (Shooter/Director/Producer): Emma is an award-winning producer/ director with over a decade of experience working in factual television in both Australia and the USA. She is currently working as senior producer on a series of 6X 1 hour films for Al Roker Entertainment. Emma recently directed a 40-minute short documentary about young doctors with drug-resistant tuberculosis that was broadcast in sub-Saharan Africa in March and will be broadcast in numerous other countries in 2019. She has created long and short-form content for CNN.com, The New York Times, Discovery Science, Discovery ID, The World Science Festival and every Australian network and broadcaster.
